How it works

There are mainly two types of tracking: Asset security and Asset management. Both incorporate GPS technology to locate and the same requirement to report events, but that is where the similarity ends.

Asset security enables the user full control of their vehicle/fleet either via PC or Mobile Phone or both, enabling the user full asset security at any time of the day. A security device installed covertly into the vehicle acts an alarm sending numerous alarm signals across a GPS network. The user can control such features as remote immobilisation and GPS tracking capabilities.

Asset Management, a vehicle telematics system, provides real time GPS based location information and historic vehicle activity reporting for efficient asset management. The system provides comprehensive mapping and reporting capability allowing you to compare your business expectations against actual business events for more effective operational management, saving both time and money.
